All new installations are issued with a one year warranty but the gates must be serviced within the first twelve months to validate the second year warranty. At additional cost, we are pleased to offer clients a servicing package for their new electric gates, in line with usage.
Once an electric gate installation has been completed, it is important to make sure your new gates stay in perfect working order. Any outdoor equipment with moving parts needs regular maintenance to ensure continued smooth operation. Automation & Security can provide you with an ongoing maintenance service to give you peace of mind that your gates will be working efficiently. We offer a range of maintenance contracts and fees to suit your particular requirements.
Our qualified gate engineers undertake repairs and service calls five days a week. Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, however we offer a 24 hour emergency call out service if you require it.
